科研领域及兴趣

本课题组致力于探索和构建新颖的分子识别体系,发展实时、在线的荧光分析方法,为生命科学研究、临床检验、环境监测和食品安全监控提供高效的分析测量手段。目前的主要研究方向:

(1) 细胞内核酸修复酶的荧光成像方法;

(2) 低丰度基因突变的超高灵敏检测及其在临床检验中的应用;

(3) 新型功能化分子识别新材料的设计、合成和应用;

(4) 外源基因的识别和定位方法。

Research Areas

The research of our group is mainly focused on exploring the chemical mechanisms of the bio-molecular recognition reactions and trying to simulate the natural process to develop highly selective, sensitive and efficient analytical methods. Current research projects include:

(1)Fluorescence imaging of DNA repair enzymes in living cells;

(2)Ultra-sensitivedetection oflow-abundance DNA mutationsin circulating cell-free DNA;

(3)Mimicking the bio-molecular recognition by molecular imprinting technology;

(4) Identification of the integration sites of exogenous genes in mammalian cells.
